An ARD is a resource for Gillson Residents who want or need support navigating and adjusting to USF. They supervise and mentor RAs. The ARDs also meet with students after alleged policy violations. They respond to building and resident crises. They plan and facilitate social and educational events. ARDs also advise and recruit for Residential Hall Council.
